    Menstrual & Cycle Logs

    History of periods, flow records, dates, and cycles.

    Symptom & Mood History

    All severity scores, daily moods, journal notes, and emojis.

    Your Symptom Patterns

    The cycle patterns MyTeal has built up from your own logs.

    The support team cannot recover this data after purging.

    How to delete your MyTeal account and data

    MyTeal is published by Synapsis Medical Technologies Inc. You can delete your account from inside the app under Settings > Account > Delete Account, or with the form above on this page.

    What is deleted

    Your account sign-in record, your email address and name, and your MyTeal profile are permanently deleted from our servers. Your cycle dates, symptom logs and journal entries are stored on your own phone, not on our servers: deleting the MyTeal app from each device removes them.

    How long it takes

    Deletion from the app or from the form above is immediate. A request sent by email is actioned within 30 days.

    Subscriptions

    Deleting your account does not cancel an Apple App Store or Google Play subscription. Cancel that separately in your store account settings.

    Email hello@myteal.ca from the address on your account and ask us to delete it.
